Service Description & Customer Agreement – Scoop Wranglers
Scoop Wranglers keeps your yard clean, safe, and ready for barefoot BBQs — one pile at a time. We provide professional dog waste removal services in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and surrounding Southwest Riverside County communities.
On your assigned service day, we scoop every last turd, apply any add-on treatments you’ve selected, and keep you updated so you know your yard is safe for pets, kids, and guests.
Access & Safety
At least one gate must be unlocked and accessible at the time of service.
All dogs must be secured inside your home before the wrangler arrives.
Your wrangler will send you a photo of the closed gate when they leave, so you know it’s safe to let your dogs out.
If a gate is locked or dogs are loose in the yard when we arrive, we will:

Wait 10 minutes before leaving
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments due to locked gates or unsecured dogs.
Products We Use
KennelSol – Veterinary-grade disinfectant and deodorizer that’s safe for pets and people when used as directed. Cleans, sanitizes, and kills bacteria without harsh chemical residues. Applied every visit when selected as an add-on.
Vet’s Best Flea & Tick Yard + Kennel Spray – Plant-based formula with peppermint oil and eugenol (from clove plants) to repel and kill fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes on contact. Safe for dogs and kids when dry. Applied once per month when selected as an add-on.
Service Days & Scheduling
We operate Monday through Friday only.
Your service day will be assigned based on environmental factors such as local weather patterns, neighborhood routing efficiency, and wildlife activity. This helps us keep routes sustainable, reliable, and on time.
Requests for specific days will be considered, but final scheduling is at the discretion of Scoop Wranglers.
Service Area Policy
We currently serve Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, and select nearby areas in Southwest Riverside County.
If you sign up for service but your property is outside our service area, we will contact you promptly. In most cases, we’ll have to cancel your service and issue a refund, unless special arrangements can be made.
Payment & Billing
All services are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed automatically via your chosen payment method.
If payment fails, service will be paused until the account is current.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or pause service.
Refunds are not issued for unused weeks if canceled mid-billing cycle.
Yard Condition Disclaimer
We remove all visible pet waste at each visit.
Poop hidden by tall grass, leaves, snow, or debris may not be found until future visits after yard conditions improve.
Excessive waste (more than two weeks’ worth) at the first visit may require a one-time “heavy clean” fee.
Pet Interaction Disclaimer
For safety, Scoop Wranglers does not enter yards with unsecured dogs present.
We are not responsible for pets escaping due to faulty latches, broken gates, or fence damage.Other Notes
Initial “heavy clean” fees may apply if the yard has more than two weeks’ worth of waste.
Weather delays may occur during extreme storms or unsafe conditions — we’ll notify you to reschedule.
