Scoop Wranglers FAQ
Everything you ever wanted to know about dog poop removal… and maybe a little more.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, and Menifee. If you’re nearby and not sure if you’re in our range, text or call us, if we can wrangle your yard, we will.
How often will you come to my yard?
Most of our customers choose weekly service, but we also offer twice-a-week service for busier packs or larger yards. Your service day will be assigned based on our route for your area so we can keep things running smoothly.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! Just make sure at least one gate is unlocked and dogs are secured indoors. Your wrangler will send you a photo of the closed gate before leaving so you know it’s safe to let the pups back out.
What if my gate is locked or my dogs are in the yard?
If we arrive and can’t access the yard, we’ll ring the doorbell. If no one answers, we’ll call or text and wait up to 10 minutes for a reply before leaving. Refunds aren’t issued for missed visits due to locked gates or loose dogs.
Do you offer deodorizing or flea/tick treatments?
Yes, and they’re included as part of our service.
We apply KennelSol deodorizing spray after every visit to keep your yard fresh, clean, and odor-free.
We also include a monthly Vet’s Best Flea & Tick Yard + Kennel treatment to help protect your yard from pests naturally and effectively.
These are not add-ons, they’re part of what keeps your yard consistently clean and safe.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing depends on the size of your pack and your yard:
1–2 Dogs: $125/month
2x Week Service: $225/month
3–4 Dogs: $150/month
2x Week Service: $275/month
5+ Dogs / XL Yard: $175/month
2x Week Service: $300/month
What products do you use? Are they safe?
We use KennelSol, a veterinary-grade disinfectant, and Vet’s Best Flea & Tick Yard + Kennel Spray, which is plant-based with peppermint oil and eugenol. Both are safe for pets and kids when used as directed. Our treatments are designed to keep your yard clean, fresh, and protected without harsh chemicals.
What if it rains?
We work in light rain but may reschedule for heavy storms or unsafe conditions. We’ll always notify you if weather changes your service day.
Do you clean up other animals’ waste?
We’re focused on dogs, but if you’ve got other critters leaving surprises in the yard, let us know, we may be able to help for an extra fee.
